To make a report does not require absolute certainty. A lewd or lascivious act refers to any touching of the child with the intent to sexually arouse the perpetrator (defendant) or the child. All public welfare agencies shall give notice of the provisions of this section at least once to each payee of any public grant made for the benefit of any child and shall report violations of this section to the proper prosecuting officer. (b) “Caregiver” has the same meaning as provided in s. 39.01. (c) “Child” means a child for whose care the caregiver is legally responsible. (d) “Desertion” or “deserts” means to leave a child in a place or with a person other than a relative with the intent not to return to the child and with the intent not to provide for the care of the child. (e) “Relative” has the same meaning as provided in s. 39.01. (2) A caregiver who deserts a child under circumstances in which the caregiver knew or should have known that the desertion exposes the child to unreasonable risk of harm commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. (3) This section does not apply to a person who surrenders a newborn infant in compliance with s. 383.50. (4) This section does not preclude prosecution for a criminal act under any other law, including, but not limited to, prosecution of child abuse or neglect of a child under s. 827.03.

Many alienators will not come out and degrade the targeted openly (many do), some use more subtle methods and when you think you have heard it all more come to light, although some use only a few others use many, here are some; Sympathy ... alienators often use sympathy to gain the loyalty of the children, this can be as simple as "he/she left us with no money and does not care about us", sympathy from friends and family is important also as the alienator sees this as loyalty, support and justification for their actions ... "I cry and miss you terribly when you stay over at his/her place", not hard to guess what the children are left with on this one, they do not want to see the alienator hurt, anyone for that matter but the targeted do not usually say things like this so the children do not think the alienator does miss them or get hurt when they are not with the targeted.
